Project Description

We all know how good grass fed beef ribs can be on the barbecue or on the smoker, but with winter upon us we wanted to share our favorite oven recipe. This recipe uses just a few ingredients, takes a little more than an hour, and is sure to be a hit at your dinner table. This recipe is definitely not a substitute for great barbecue ribs, but in the winter time when barbecuing may be out of the question. It gets the job done!
