We all know how good grass fed beef ribs can be on the barbecue or on the smoker, but with winter upon us we wanted to share our favorite oven recipe. This recipe uses just a few ingredients, takes a little more than an hour, and is sure to be a hit at your dinner table. This recipe is definitely not a substitute for great barbecue ribs, but in the winter time when barbecuing may be out of the question. It gets the job done!

INGREDIENTS
- Grass Fed Beef Ribs
Barbecue Sauce
Chives
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut ribs into individual rib pieces and separate them on a baking sheet with your choice of non-stick oil.
Bake ribs for 50 minutes.
Remove ribs and coat them in a generous amount of barbecue sauce.
Let cook for the remaining time, and add chives to the top as a garnish when finished.
Enjoy.
NOTES
For best results use high quality grass fed beef.
