INGREDIENTS
- Grass fed beef brisket
- 50/50 mix salt and pepper 1/2 cup depending on size.
Real wood or real wood pellets
INSTRUCTIONS
Trim excess fat from brisket.
Coat meat with dry rub 50/50 mix.
Place meat in smoker fat side down.
Heat grill to 160 degrees and let cook until internal temperature reaches 204.
Let meat rest in foil for 30 minutes.
Cut into roughly 1/4 inch slices and serve.
NOTES
For best results use high quality grass fed beef.
