EXPERIENCE THE GRASS FED BEEF DIFFERENCE

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

  • You decide what quantity meets your needs. You don’t have to purchase an entire animal, you can order by the ¼, ½, or whole beef. We require a whole order/beef purchased before we can process it.

  • We will weigh the steer, you pay just $2/lb. (on the hoof) for the portion/amount you want.

  • We or the butcher will contact you to discuss the custom cuts you would like, thicknesses, etc. Your beef is then processed into your favorite cuts. If you like more roasts or steaks, you choose. You choose the thickness, how many steaks per package, how thick, how many pounds of ground beef per package.

  • When complete, in approximately 2-3 weeks, you pick up the finished frozen product. (Payment for processing is directly made to the processor when you pick up the beef.)

  • When finished, the total price of beef and processing, for all your cuts will average around $6/pound.

Our cattle are raised and finished on our irrigated open pastures with high protein, high sugar grass. They are on pasture their entire lives. Our cattle are fed NO grain, NO animal by-products, NO hormones, and NO antibiotics.
